Before Inquiring

All custom orders come will come a set of drafts for you to look over and make changes if needed. Effective January 8, 2024, we will no longer provide drafts for UNPAID custom orders. This means that all invoices MUST BE PAID IN FULL before we start. We understand this may not work for everyone and that’s ok, however, as a small business, we take pride in our designs and each custom order does take time to create. Your order is curated for only you and we want to make sure that our work and time is respected.

If you are unable to make a full payment, please let us know. We are more than happy to work out a partial deposit with you.

All custom orders can take up to 6-weeks to complete. Sometimes sooner or later depending on the size and/or the volume of existing orders we may have at the time. *During the holidays, our custom orders can take up to 7 weeks.

If you need something sooner please let us know and we’ll see if there it is something we can do. *Note: There may be an additional fee for rush orders.
