Thank you so much for considering The Happy Coffee House for your custom order. We’re truly honored at the opportunity to bring your vision to life.

All custom orders include a set of digital drafts for your review, along with the opportunity to request revisions if needed. To begin the design process, we kindly require the invoice to be paid in full or secured with a partial deposit. Because each concept is thoughtfully created, we are unable to provide drafts for unpaid custom requests.

As a small business, we pour intentional care into every piece we create. Each order is made specifically for you, not pulled from a template. While inspiration photos are always welcome and helpful, we ask that you trust our creative process as we infuse your design with our signature touch to make it truly one of a kind.

If full payment upfront isn’t feasible, no worries, we’re happy to work with you on a partial deposit to get your project started.

Please note that custom orders may take up to 6 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity and current order volume. During the holiday season, turnaround times may extend up to 7 weeks. If you are working with a specific deadline, please let us know in advance. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
