Yay! Thanks for being here. We’re so excited to start doing LED signs! This has been in the works for some time and after research, tons of how-to videos, and working together, Emil and I are ready to share this with everyone else :). Please be sure to read through the information below before placing a pre-order.

Step 1: Building Your Sign

Each LED sign is unique to the number of characters you choose to add to your sign. We recommend these sizes to create the best outcome. *Height will vary on the font and number of letters.

Signs can be made up to two lines and these are our recommended number of letters per line.

  • 18in - Max 6 letters per line (Starting at $240+)

  • 24in - Max 9 letters per line (Starting at $320+)

  • 30in - Max 13 letters per line (Starting at $400+)

  • 36in - Max 16 letters per line (Starting at $480+)

  • 45in - Max 19 letters per line (Starting at $560+)

After you’ve submitted your pre-order form to us, there may be times when we need to adjust the width of your sign during our creative process to create a nicer look/feel. *Note: Prices above are not considered final and are estimates until you receive an invoice from us.

While we only offer a handful of fonts at this time, we promise to keep on adding more, but for now, here are some fonts you can try out. You are welcome to mix script with block letters for your sign too! :)

Step 2: Complete a Pre-Order

Orders will begin production on April 1, 2023.

We know it’s a while away but we promise it’s worth it! Our turnaround for all LED signs is 4-5 weeks, so please prepare accordingly. We do work full-time during the week and will do our best to complete your orders sooner if possible.

If you do not see the form below, that means we have reached our maximum number of pre-orders at this time. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates on when LED signs will be opened again :)

Step 3: Finalizing + Invoicing

After we’ve reviewed the pre-order form and have worked out the details with you. We’ll be sending you an invoice through Square. Please be sure to review ALL the details in the invoice. Once payment has been made and we begin production starting with drafting your order for your review.

  • Production (this includes providing a draft) does not start until payment has been made. This is to secure your order and as a small business, we do not overly stock our inventory and therefore, we often order when we need to.

  • If you notice an error in your personalization after you’ve made a payment, please contact us right away. Depending on how far along we are in production, we may be able to make the change. If are unable to correct the error, we may require an additional fee to cover the costs of the production completed.

  • All our LED signs come with a one-time 1-year warranty from your date of purchase.

    You will need to produce the following to consider your warrant valid:

    1. Your purchase receipt we will accept your product and fix and/or replace it, depending on the issue.

    2. The sign and all it’s materials, excluding the stand-off mounts.

    We will ask you to send us the original sign back and provide you with paid postage, so that we may locate the issue and fix it. We recommend keeping the box your sign came in if possible.

  • Signs are not covered under warranty for the following reasons:

    • Items that have water damage. Our products are NOT waterproof and will make sure that is indicated on the sign.

    • A sign that has been altered, such as the transformer/battery pack/power supply has been replaced or changed in any way.

    • Signs that have been taken apart, this means the LED and lights have been removed from the acrylic backing.

  • LEDs have a longer lifespan compared to signs that are made of neon and fluorescent lighting. LED offers more hours of display time than neon. LEDs also do not risk leakage of gasses, which means the lights don't go dim as neon lights can.

  • All LED signs will come with:

    • Remote with dimmer (battery not included)

    • Standoff screws

    • Transformer/ Cable/ Power Supply

    The LED signs are also made with a clear 1/4” acrylic backing to secure the LED lights in place.

  • When caring for your sign:

    • Always check the battery, transformer, and power source to ensure that there is no damage to them.

    • Keep your sign in an area that is safe from small children and animals.

    • DO NOT leave your sign outside in uncontrolled environments. These can easily damage the quality of your sign as well as its longevity.

    • DO NOT leave your sign on for long periods of time to maintain the longevity of your LED sign.

    • Make sure your sign is plugged into a surge protector and keep away from exposure to water to avoid any serious injuries or electrical fires.

  • Our signs are 100% for indoor use only.

    If you plan to use them outside, for an event, this is at your own risk.

    For any outdoor usage, we highly recommend keeping an eye on the weather, and any water near the power source of your sign and to never leave your sign unattended as Happy Coffee Designs is not responsible for any electrical fires, shortages, or damages that may occur if not looked after or cared for appropriately.

  • As a small business, our turnaround time is between 4-5 weeks for custom LED signs. While we would love for you to receive your item sooner than that, we do work full-time during the week and want to make sure your order is made carefully and accurately.

    We understand that our time frame may not work for everyone, so please plan accordingly.

  • Depending on the level of usage, our signs have a longevity of an estimate of up to 3-4 years.

    Again, this is dependent on the level of usage.

  • Like our other orders, please contact us immediately and send us photos of the shipping box and the sign so that we may file a complaint with the shipping company.

    If the damage is superficial, we will request that you send us the sign back (postage will be provided) so that we may replaced whatever was damaged and send your sign back to you.

  • All signs come with a standoff mount.

    If you choose not to use our stand-off mounts, please consider the weight of our signs.

    1. You will first unscrew the back of the mounts and find a placement for them within the designated area of your wall.

    2. If you are mounting on walls that DO NOT have studs, please remember to use Dry Wall anchors to support the sign

    3. Once you’ve secured the base of the stand-off mounts, you will align the holes in the sign to the stand-off mounts on the wall to secure them in place.

    4. Using the remaining wider screws, you’ll begin securing your sign.

  • In the near future, yes, we plan on offering more colors as well as the possibility of an all-in-one light that can change colors using one remote.

  • We are not accepting any changes in fonts at this time. We recommend using the fonts we provided as these are fonts we are familiar with.
