Before Inquiring

All custom orders come with a set of drafts for you to look over, review and change up if needed. However, effective January 8, 2024, we will no longer provide drafts for unpaid custom orders. We understand this may not work for everyone and that’s ok, however, as a small business, we take pride in our designs and each custom order does take time to create. Your order is curated for only you and we want to make sure that our work and time are respected.

If you are unable to make a full payment, please let us know. We are more than happy to work out a partial deposit with you.

All custom orders can take up to 6-weeks to complete. Sometimes sooner depending on the volume of existing orders we may have at the time. *During the holidays, our custom orders can take up to 7 weeks.

If you need something sooner please let us know and we’ll see if there it is something we can do. *Note: There may be an additional fee for rush orders.
