Shipping

  • Do you offer pick-up?

    Yes we do! Our pick-ups are located in Ewa Beach. At check out, please select pick-up.

    The pick-up instructions will be sent to you when your order is completely packaged and ready to go :)

    *If anything changes, and you’d like us to ship your order to you, please let us know. Depending on the size of your product, the shipping fee will vary between $3.70 and up.

  • How long does your shipping take?

    We currently ship using US First Class Mail, Priority or UPS. Each completed order comes with an emailed tracking notification through Shippo or Squarespace.

    The travel time for your product to get to you is usually 2-5 business days once shipped. (Please anticipate longer shipping times during the holidays).

    If purchasing multiple items from the shop they may ship separately and we’ll cover those additional fees.

    We don’t offer expedited shipping as an option for products, so if you need something by a certain day, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • How do I track my package?

    We are so excited to share that we’ve added a tracking site tracking site your order! But first, you’ll either need the tracking number itself OR your order number and email address associated with your order.

    Your order number is 5-digits, often leading with 00, for example, 00311.

    *For custom orders or orders not placed through the website, the tracking site will not work for you. We will email shipping information to you directly.

Returns + Refunds

  • What is your return policy?

    Due to COVID, we are currently not accepting any returns at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

    If there has been an error made on our end (meaning that we misspelled something or got something wrong) on your customized/personalized order, please contact us immediately and send a photo of the error and we will gladly remake your item at no additional cost to you.

    We don't accept any cancellations once an order has been drafted or created. But please contact me if you have any problems/concerns with your order.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalized orders

    • Digital downloads

    • Items on sale

    • One-Offs

  • I ordered a custom order, can I cancel it?

    Once your custom order has been made or is in the process of being made (this includes creating drafts), these items may not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

    This is because custom orders are personalized and not pre-made.

    Depending on how far along we are with your order, we require a cancellation fee of up to $50 for the time spent on your order. Since custom orders are paid up front, your cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid and your remaining payment will be refunded back using your method of payment.

  • How should I expect my refund?

    Refunds are refunded back to you using your method of payment (ex. Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Venmo or Square).

    Most bank refunds take between 5-7 business days to show up.
