Natural imperfections of the wood such as grains, shades, knots, nicks, cracks, etc. are not seen as flawed to us, we believe this adds character and makes products unique.

Acrylic materials are expected to develop scratches over time. This is also dependent on where signs are placed and how they are cared for.
