When using these plaques, each icon will have a dedicated NFC tag that phones can read.
You will instruct your customer to hold their phone to the icon of their choice, preferably the top portion of their phone.
From there within seconds, a notification will pop up on their phone prompting them to open the information they tapped on.
DISCLAIMER: Some older phones may not read the NFC tags that we use. And that is where we recommend having a QR code handy like it's 2010 or simply ask us to display your usernames on these plaques when you customize as a handy second option.
