CUSTOMIZATION
Each illustration is hand drawn and exported from ProCreate to Adobe Illustrator in preparation to cut. Please keep in mind that the more people you have in your photo, the smaller the illustration will be.
We recommend keeping the number of people in your photo to between 3-5 for better visibility of the photo.
We may modify the part of the photo that will be engraved to ensure that the primary part of your photo is shown. This is so that smaller photos do not look too small on your keychain.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the nature of wood products, products left outside and/or in humid environments can cause wood to warp. While we seal each wood with a waterproof sealant, this does not guarantee that this product will remain in the state from when you first receive it.
Acrylic materials are expected to develop scratches over time. This is also dependent on where your products are placed and how they are cared for.
