Due to the nature of wood products, products left outside and/or in humid environments can cause wood to warp. While we seal each wood with waterproof sealant, this does not guarantee that this product will remain in the state from when you first receive it.
Acrylic materials are expected to develop scratches over time. This is also dependent on where signs are placed and how they are cared for.
